Twisted Monofilaments

In many technical fabrics more resilience is required in the Z-direction of the fabric to achieve more compressibility compared to a single monofilament. Besides the manufacturing of Monofilament, Perlon Monofil GmbH can offer the full range of all kinds of twisted yarns until a titer of ca. 4000 dtex. Some typical examples are the following twisted yarns:

• 4, 6, 8, 10 up to over 24  ply in diameters ranging from 0,10 up to 0,30 mm
• Heatsetted twisted yarns 
• One Step twisted yarns
• Combination twisted yarns
