Press Fabrics

Press fabrics are designed to carry the sheet through the presses, where water pressed from the sheet is carried through the press nip in the fabric. Due to the high mechanical forces that a press fabric has to handle, polyamide monofilaments or twisted monofilaments are by far the preferred yarns for this technical fabric application.
